Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the processing technology immediately and remove the common faults in the plastic pipe production line before the product quality can be improved.
1. The outer surface of the plastic pipe is not smooth
Adjust the temperature of the processing process; reduce the cooling temperature, the best cooling temperature of the PE pipe is 20-25 ℃; check the water channel, whether there is blockage or insufficient pressure; check whether the electric heating ring such as the barrel and the engine is damaged; adjust the die sleeve The amount of water in and out; check the performance index and production batch number of the raw materials; check the temperature of the core of the mold shell, if it is greater than the temperature of the die opening, reduce the temperature of the core; remove the asphalt mixture of the mold shell;
2. Groove marks occur on the outer layer of plastic pipes
Adjust the working pressure of the outlet and the outlet of the die sleeve, and the water flow should be balanced; adjust the angle of the nozzle in the vacuum pump setting box to make the heat dissipation of the pipe fittings evenly; check whether there is any dirt, burrs, etc. ;
3. Groove marks on the inner surface
Check whether the connecting pipe sees water. If there is water leakage, pinch the tube blank just out of the entrance mold to make the inner wall closed; reduce the internal temperature of the mold shell; remove and polish the mold shell;
4. Vibration ring occurs inside the pipeline
Adjust the outlet and outlet of the die sleeve to make the outlet and outlet uniform; adjust the vacuum value of the second chamber so that the vacuum value of the rear chamber is higher than the vacuum value of the pretreatment chamber; check whether the sealing gasket of the vacuum pump is too tight; check whether the pay-off machine is present or not Vibration status; check whether the server feed is even;
5. No vacuum pump
Check whether the water inlet pipe of the mechanical pump is blocked, if it is blocked, carry out the transmission; check whether the mechanical pump works normally; check whether the vacuum solenoid valve circuit is leaking; check whether the small eye in the middle of the clamping screw of the hollow floor is not To block, such as blocking, to communicate with wire;
6. Specification deviation of inner hole of pipe fittings
Adjust the size of the vacuum value to change the outer circle specification; adjust the speed of the traction belt to change the outer circle specification; adjust the inner thread specification of the die sleeve;
7. Concentricity deviation of pipe fittings
Adjust the angle of the vacuum pump setting machine and the nozzle in the spray box to make the heat dissipation of the pipe fittings evenly; check the vacuum pump setting machine, the aspect ratio of the water level in the spray box, and the working pressure of the pressure gauge to make the spray volume large and powerful; check the vacuum pump setting machine , If the temperature of the self-spray box is greater than 35 °C, it is necessary to equip the refrigerated water system software or upgrade the self-spray refrigeration box; check the water channel, clean the filter device; adjust the processing technology; check and adjust the circularity of the inner thread of the die sleeve; Sexual clamping equipment to adjust the ovality of the pipe;
8. The wall thickness of the pipe fittings is uneven
Change the wall thickness on the die-casting mold; adjust the angle of the vacuum pump setting machine and the nozzle in the spray box to make the pipe fittings dissipate heat evenly; adjust the water outlet of the die sleeve to make the water outlet and water evenly; disassemble the mold shell and check whether the internal screws of the mold shell are loose Take off, and tighten again;
9. The melting temperature is too high
Adjust the processing technology; adjust the heating temperature of the core of the mold shell, and naturally ventilate and cool the inside of the mold; the cutting heat of the extruder screw is too high, and the extruder screw is replaced;
10. The length of laser cutting is not accurate
Check whether the length-measuring wheel is locked; check whether the length-measuring wheel is shaking, and tighten the fixed anchor bolts of the length-measuring side frame; check whether the limit switch of the automatic cutting machine is damaged; check whether the photoelectric encoder is damaged; Whether the wiring of the photoelectric encoder is open-welded (whether the contact of the aviation socket seat is good); each stand-alone chassis (PE terminal) should lead the wire connector to a reliable grounding device for a general connection address, and the connection address should be There are grounding device piles in accordance with the provisions of electrical equipment grounding devices, and it is not allowed to connect the single-machine chassis (PE terminals) in series after the grounding device, otherwise it will introduce a single pulse that affects the length of laser cutting;
11. The problem of co-extrusion sign strips
The spread of co-extrusion signs: generally caused by the unreasonable selection of co-extrusion materials used by consumers, special materials such as PE should be used, and the temperature of the extrusion section can be reduced when necessary;
